Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with managers and executives to identify recruitment needs
- Publish job offers on recruitment platforms
- Search for candidates via databases and sort CVs
- Contact candidates by phone or email for an initial contact
- Organize and conduct telephone and videoconference interviews
- Assess technical skills and analyze soft skills and motivation
- Present selected candidates to operational managers
- Prior experience as a recruiter is essential
- Native/C2 Italian level (spoken and written) required
- C1 level in English minimum
We provide a comprehensive relocation package, including accommodation provided, assistance in obtaining a Portuguese social security number, and opening a bank account.
