Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Pt003 Mercer (Portugal) Employee Benefits Lda. This role is based in Lisbon and involves working closely with clients to manage their employee benefits.

About the Role
  • Process and review participant forms and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform peer review on participant transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the Service Center with escalated participant phone calls, resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and peer review client reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Monitor timely processing of files and reports, maintaining efficient workflows.
Requirements
  • At least a B2 level of English language proficiency.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Team Player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and process-oriented individual with a focus on detail.
