At Enghouse Interactive, we're seeking a highly skilled CSM/Technical Account Manager to join our team in Portugal. This is a remote role for candidates based out of Lisbon only.
About the RoleWe're looking for experienced sales professionals with exposure to selling contact center solutions to B2B clients.

Job Responsibilities- Customer Health and Success: Drive product adoption, ensure value realization, retention, and growth.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Establish and manage a sales pipeline to support annual revenue quota.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customers' needs across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver the best experiences.
- Renewals and Expansions: Work with the team to ensure successful renewals and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively update and maintain your pipeline using Salesforce.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience selling contact center solutions to B2B clients.
- Experience within the Sales team as a strategic Customer Success Manager, Sales/Account Manager.
- Experience in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry required.
- Understanding of the market research industry with great interpersonal skills.
- Past experience of doing direct sales with customers (B2B).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must, both written and verbal.
