Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational business, managing third-party databases, and providing administrative support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the operational business by performing administrative tasks, such as bookkeeping and premium monitoring
- Manage third-party databases to ensure accurate information and update records as needed
- Provide administrative support to clients, including setting up accounting and financial flows for new contracts
- Identify and allocate unallocated funds and adjust posting differences
- Manage client inventory portfolios and handle unpaid premiums
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of basic insurance contracts is an advantage
- Experience working with cross-border teams and high proficiency in French and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
