About the Job:
As a Lithuanian customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients in Europe. Your primary duties will include identifying customers' needs, delivering appropriate solutions, and guiding customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, transactions, and account issues. You will also be responsible for answering customers' inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
What You Will Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Lithuanian. Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset. Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and advanced internet research skills are also essential. Additionally, you will need to have an empathetic soul with excellent communication skills and a positive and adventurous attitude.
