Customer Experience Quality Assurance Trainer

Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda is looking for a skilled Customer Experience Quality Assurance Trainer to join our team in Lisbon or Braga.
As a key member of our Consumer Engagement Services Europe operations, you will play a crucial role in executing a global quality program aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing standard training methodologies
- Conducting training sessions for new employees and service staff
- Maintaining and monitoring training materials
- Implementing audit controls for HR Operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address and improve training compliance and processes
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive base salary of around €45,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus a language bonus and hybrid work model.
