We seek an accomplished Car Fleet Governance Assistant to join our team in Europe.

Job Description:

• Ensure the quarterly price update process for Individual Lease Agreements (ILA's) is implemented and facilitates cost components validation.

• Simplify and streamline ILA price verification process, collaborating with EU Fleet Purchases to ensure compliance.

• Guarantee ILA Tracking exists at each market, regardless of in-sourcing or out-sourcing solutions.

• Oversee Lease Accounting: implement a quarterly reconciliation process to ensure data reported to Contract Lease Management (CLM) team is complete and accurate.

• Work with Country MO HR SPOCs and FMC's to ensure Lease Accounting process is robust. Address gaps by developing remediation plans.

• Support CSA/Audits for Fleet ILA/Lease Accounting.

This role demands expertise in SAFE Third Party Governance & Lease Accounting, SAP & Mega tools, fleet vendor platforms, and FMC tracking systems.

You will manage multiple data in MS Excel and require attention to detail.

Your interactions will be internal with Local Marketing and the P&G Health team, external with Pharmacists and PA, and third parties working for P&G Health.
