The ROLE As a Campervan Fleet Operations Manager in our Western Europe regional operations team, you'll be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams.
You will focus on daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will have ownership of end-to-end processes related to these objectives, spanning from vehicle management, supplier procurement, stock management, contact with local operations, logistics, and guaranteeing high-quality fleet service to our customers.
You will report directly to the Western Europe Regional Operations Director and play an essential role in the execution of our operation. You will need to coordinate your actions with your team members and local operations, and your actions will have a direct impact on results.
Key Responsibilities：

  • Understand and contribute to the evolution of asset-management-related procedures designed by central teams and their applicability to your region;
  • Maximise fleet availability through good execution of vehicle in-fleeting procedures, vehicle intervention management, and vehicle de-fleeting procedures;
  • Guarantee that the local structure is stocked with all required inventory to service the fleet according to established models, and execute the purchase of spare parts whenever required;
  • Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations in interventions required to be performed on vehicles in your region;
  • Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements;
  • Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
  • Major contributor and responsible for vehicle operating costs in your region;
  • Contribute to expansion projects of your region.
What We Are Looking For：
We are looking for candidates with a background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management, or similar education. You should be proactive and take initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows. Experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or a similar field is a plus. You should be organised and analytical, able to look at data to drive your actions and manage your time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is also essential, as you will follow detailed procedures and ensure precision in execution. Team Player skills are required, as you will work closely with your team members and local teams to contribute to overall objectives. Adaptable and resilient individuals who can adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result are also desired. Good communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members and external partners. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
