Job DescriptionAs an Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams. Your focus will be on driving operational results, ensuring high-quality fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
You will own the execution of end-to-end processes related to fleet management, supplier procurement, stock management, logistics, and quality control. You will report directly to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director and play a crucial role in the execution of our operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising fleet availability through efficient vehicle management procedures;
- Guaranteeing that local structures are stocked with required inventory to service the fleet;
- Coodinating actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements;
- Developing our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
- Managing vehicle operating costs and contributing to expansion projects in your region.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a background in Engineering, mechanical education, or business management. You should be organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as good communication skills and fluency in English and Italian.
Salary EstimateWe offer a competitive salary estimate of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
