The successful candidate will join our dynamic team as an Electric Fleet Transition Manager, responsible for driving market growth and developing zero-emissions solutions for fleet decarbonization.
Job Description:
- Demand-Side: Market Surveillance & Development
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify and quantify business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, and gaps, proposing market positioning and solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand into new markets and accelerate fleet transitions to zero-emission vehicles.
- Establish surveillance systems for market segments, including Public and Private Transport, Logistics, and Urban Services.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including fleet operators, governments, and vehicle manufacturers, to drive demand for zero-emissions mobility solutions.
- Supply-Side: Technology Surveillance & Solutions Development
- Conduct market surveillance and track emerging technologies, vehicles, and innovative solutions in the electric mobility market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and differentiation in electric fleet solutions.
- Monitor advancements in electric buses, trucks, and urban services vehicles.
- Market Development & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Assist in defining the company's market positioning and potential market entry strategies.
- Lead market push initiatives, including events, meetings, and marketing strategies.
- Execute market pull strategies, including monitoring public tenders, preparing bids, and fostering cross-sales with Energy and Charging Business Units.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field combining management and technical solutions.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in electric mobility, automotive, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, electric vehicle (EV) technologies, and the mobility ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Estimated annual salary range.
