The Role

We're seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our central team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across our global fleet operations.

  • You will oversee the development of processes related to vehicle introduction and removal, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Guarantee efficient infleet coordination between teams to minimize time spent in the process.
  • Develop strategies for preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring they are decommissioned, cleaned, inspected, and properly documented.
  • Design and manage vehicle documentation procedures, ensuring all necessary documents are stored, maintained, and accessible.
  • Monitor process effectiveness, using data-driven insights to implement improvements and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and apply central strategies to specific regional contexts.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for infleet, defleet, and administrative tasks.
  • Standardizing procedures for local and regional teams to execute these processes efficiently and consistently.
  • Overseeing the management of vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members in their projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with regional directors and local teams to adapt and apply central strategies to specific regional contexts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a strategic consulting firm or a strategic role within the operations or maintenance department of a company managing a global fleet.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management, including infleet, defleet, and documentation management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Results-oriented and ambitious, with a focus on delivering results that contribute to the company's operational success.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
