About the Role

This role requires a seasoned leader who can manage a team of technical pre-sales engineers across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the global pre-sales vision for their region and developing strong relationships with sales and customer success leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams within a customer-facing organization and possess demonstrable coaching, leadership, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to communicate complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms and excel at coaching and teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technical pre-sales engineers across EMEA
  • Execute the global pre-sales vision for EMEA
  • Develop strong relationships with sales and customer success leadership
  • Cultivate cross-functional coordination between pre-sales teams and regions
  • Maintain strong communications with account executives and customer success regional leads

Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
