Customer Success Director: EMEAA

At Tracer, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and success. We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director: EMEAA to lead our EMEA region and spearhead strategies to drive customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the EMEA region.
  • Service Delivery and Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of Tracer services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Team Development and Training: Partner with Recruiting and HR to hire, train, and develop a high-performing customer success team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within customer success, consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success initiatives in the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages within the EMEA region is a plus; Portuguese and English required.
