Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM & Referral Specialist to join our Growth team in our HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective CRM and referral strategies that increase customer conversion, retention, loyalty, and ultimately revenue.

You will work closely with Product Marketing to scope CRM campaign needs linked to business development workstreams and build content and audiences for broadcast and targeted emails. Your goal will be to ensure all email campaigns are accurate, tested, and deployed on time, while monitoring email deliverability and flagging any issues as soon as they occur.

A key aspect of this role will be to use a test and learn methodology across all communications to learn more about our customers and become incrementally more effective. You will monitor campaign performance, report on results, and incorporate successes into future activity.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Product Marketing to scope CRM campaign needs linked to business development workstreams.
  2. Build content and audiences for broadcast and targeted emails.
  3. Ensure all email campaigns are accurate, tested, and deployed on time.
  4. Monitor email deliverability and flag any issues as soon as they occur.
  5. Use a test and learn methodology across all communications to learn more about our customers and become incrementally more effective.
  6. Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and incorporate successes into future activity.
  7. Build new customer journeys, combining learnings to date and new ideas to deliver on KPIs.
  8. Optimize existing customer communications to increase conversion rates and improve customer experience and loyalty.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Referral Program, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and attracts high-quality referrals.
  10. Monitor and analyze referral data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
