Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a technical account manager who is fluent in German to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and identify their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Experience in sales with consumer products and services is an asset
  • Strong technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
