About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Caretag, you will play a key role in supporting hospitals and sterile processing departments.
You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical problem-solving, multi-vendor coordination, and seamless implementation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, strategic partners, and vendors.Understand client objectives, IT infrastructure, and challenges to provide tailored technical solutions.Communicate Caretag's product roadmap and ensure alignment with client needs.Technical Guidance:Provide expert-level technical support during setup, deployment, and ongoing use of Caretag solutions.Monitor client success through KPIs and satisfaction metrics, continually identifying areas for improvement.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling by addressing evolving client needs.Problem-Solving & Risk Management:Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth client operations.Take ownership of critical issues, coordinating internal resources and external experts to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.Manage complex, multi-vendor situations to ensure clear communication and effective resolution across all involved parties.Strategic Planning:Act as a proactive technical partner, recommending the best solutions to meet short- and long-term goals.Leverage industry trends and client insights to guide future-proof planning based on best practices and mitigate risks.Collaboration & Innovation:Work closely with the sales team to provide technical insights during the pre-sales process and ensure smooth transitions post-sale.Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Caretag's offerings by providing client feedback and technical insights with product teams.We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with a strong technical background and experience in managing complex client environments. Requirements:
Proven experience in technical account management or a similar role.A strong technical background coupled with business and sales acumen.Exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.Experience managing complex client environments, including multi-vendor setups.A proactive mindset with a talent for anticipating client needs and delivering effective solutions.Benefits:
