About the Job
This is a remote full-time position that requires strong communication skills in French and fluency in English. Experience in customer support and working with CRM systems is an asset.
You will work closely with hotels and suppliers to provide assistance and solutions to customers. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer assistance to customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements
