At Apply2Day, we're looking for a talented Norwegian Customer Advisor to join our team. As a Norwegian Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive remuneration package consisting of 14 salaries per year, along with an extra bonus depending on performance appraisal and relocation cost assistance for candidates outside Greece.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building relations of trust through open and interactive communication. You'll also provide accurate information by using methods/tools and keep records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Norwegian language (C1-C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
