About the Role

As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products. You will be working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their technical issues. Your enthusiasm for gaming and technology will shine through in your work, making you a valuable asset to our team.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds, has strong problem-solving skills, and can work proactively at a fast pace. If you are a motivated and energetic individual with a passion for gaming and technology, we want to hear from you

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Enthusiasm about gaming and affinity for technology
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create

  • Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewable
  • Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
  • Salary conditions: gross salary ranging from €950 to €1,400 per month (based on level of experience)

  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
