We're a rapidly scaling global Sales Development team, and we're looking for an ambitious Account Development Specialist to join our crew

About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving the prospection process, rapidly building pipelines for the sales team, and demonstrating product knowledge. We're seeking an empathic communicator with strong communication skills, able to pitch and empathise with new prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new outbound campaigns for effective lead generation;
  • Engage with new inbound and outbound leads and drive early stage sales conversations;
  • Develop and maintain individual KPIs and performance metrics for the SDR team, regularly reporting to the manager;
  • Help drive the team's strategy by identifying new markets or industries for lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and empathise;
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of business processes and practices;
  • Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel & LinkedIn is a plus;
  • A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic attitude;
  • Experience in a scale-up fast growing company is a plus;
  • Knowledge in AI/ML is a nice to have.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
