Customer Support for French Speaking Customers

To succeed as a french language customer support agent, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be fluent in French (spoken and written) and have previous experience in customer service. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday.
- Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00
- Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- Days Off: Rotational (we strive to provide 2 consecutive days off).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South).
- Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO.
