About the Role
Ventata Ltd is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to drive new sales growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering against business targets and objectives, managing the sales process end-to-end in their assigned territory, and identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Targets and Growth: Responsible for delivery of new business, delivering against business targets and objectives, management of the sales process end-to-end in their assigned territory, and identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively.
  • Client Success and Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring that client success is integrated into the sales process from the first point of contact.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyzing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth, communicating closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Providing timely revenue projections to management and delivering a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Native German Speaker
  • Fluent English
  • A history of achieving quotas of $500k+ selling into enterprise markets
  • SaaS sales experience, preferably with reservation technology for the tours & attractions industry
  • Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets
  • Knowledge of selling frameworks such as SPIN and MEDDIC
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time, pipeline and direct efforts of an SDR
