- To be the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of our products, sustainability services, and commitments, continuously learning and taking advantage of new knowledge and skills in your work;
- To create sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influence high-value customers through genuine interest in their habits.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly;
- Native level of French and some fluency in English;
- A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for the community;
- Attention to detail and results-driven mindset;
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
