Job Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Director to lead the development of our product and drive business success. As a Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and informing product decisions accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- Product Development: Lead product development efforts, ensuring successful product launch and delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the Product Operating Model and best practices in product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategies.
- Customer-centric, innovative, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for creating products that make a difference.
- Experience with market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Proven ability to adapt to market changes and align operational processes with evolving industry demands.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
