About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working as part of a dynamic customer support team, where you'll be responsible for handling client inquiries and resolving complex issues related to banking services and apps. To succeed, you'll need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolves issues related to ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
- Apply knowledge of banking procedures and regulations to resolve client issues effectively.
