At Startup Portugal, we are a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and supporting the Government in creating and implementing policies for startups and entrepreneurship.

We have a unique opportunity for an Incentives Analyst to join our Funding & Certification team, where you will play a crucial role in implementing initiatives and monitoring applications to incentive systems provided under the PRR/Portugal 2030 programs, or others supported by European Funds.

This position involves working closely with the team to prepare and monitor applications, providing technical and administrative support to the incentives area, and collaborating in the preparation of future projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor applications to incentive systems provided under the PRR/Portugal 2030 programs, or others supported by European Funds;
  • Support the team in projects that are in progress;
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the incentives area;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of future projects;
What We Have to Offer:

A full-time contract until the end of 2025, with the possibility of renewal according to responsibilities. Additionally, we offer a hybrid workplace and schedule flexibility to be defined with the team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Management or Economics, experience in similar functions valued, high-level maturity, responsibility, and autonomy.

You should also possess strong analytical skills, dynamism, and critical sense, as well as the ability to manage priorities and stress.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
