About the Opportunity

Opoura is a fast-growing international company at the forefront of renewable energy. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to accelerate software sales growth in the MED region, focusing on our SCADA and Power Plant Control solutions. This role is based in Porto with the flexibility to work remotely and requires up to 50 travel days per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales success by promoting Opoura's SCADA and Power Plant Control software.
  • New business development: Identify and acquire new customers while developing existing accounts.
  • Strategic account management: Develop and execute tailored account strategies for key customers.
  • Market insights and sales optimization: Analyze trends, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to refining the sales strategy.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and experience in renewables (wind, solar, BESS) is a plus. You should have a hunter's mindset, strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, analytical and strategic skills to leverage market trends and drive sales execution, and fluency in both English and Portuguese.
