Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Liaison Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary.

This role involves working with government, political, and advocacy partners to maintain and update content across various platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring advertisements, detecting potential issues, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide high-quality responses via email, escalate matters as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, fluency in Hebrew and English (at least B2 level), and experience in customer service roles. You should be comfortable reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate without bias and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and address potential issues with advertisements
  • Triage requests from various entities
  • Communicate with government, political, and advocacy partners
  • Maintain and update content across platforms

Requirements
