Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our team. As a key member, you will support the definition of requirements and user stories, collaborating with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define requirements and user stories.
- Design technical solutions that support business requirements, working closely with development teams.
- Liaise between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile environment activities, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Refine and prioritize items in the development team's backlog.
- Support roadmap and capacity planning.
- Identify and analyze potential problems and issues affecting solution adoption.
- Continuously seek improvements in monitoring, issue discovery, and delivering better value to final deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional technical experience in building and operating software products.
- Experience with project tracking tools, such as JIRA.
- Experience with collaborative tools, like Confluence.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand the big picture and pay attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of systems from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong partnering skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience as a Solution Architect or other technical lead in products with multiple components and teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams where you adapt delivery focus quickly.
- Technical Product Owner experience with development teams.
- Agile environment experience, including User Stories, User Story Mapping, and agile tools like JIRA.
