The Role
You'll join our DACH pod based in Lisbon as a Sales Development Representative, identifying and creating qualified sales opportunities to bolster our presence in the DACH market. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approaches for the DACH market. Your superior communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and excellent organizational skills will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities
Generate sales pipelines through inbound and outbound efforts like cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches to engage key prospects. Qualify leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help. Work closely with the sales team aligned on market strategy to grow the pipeline and customer base in your assigned region. Gather marketing information about customers, competitors, and pricing.
Requirements
You're a natural hunter with a passion for understanding customers and finding solutions to their needs. A people-first approach ensures you enjoy talking to clients and turning no's into yes's. Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English is essential, with additional languages being a bonus. Recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience are ideal. Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics is highly valued. You're highly organized, adaptable, and eager to generate new sales leads and meetings through a mix of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
