The Sales Enablement Specialist will deliver training programs on sales skills development, including prospecting, negotiation, consultative selling, objection handling, and other essential skills. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with current offerings and market positioning.
Coaching and Mentoring
The role requires providing one-on-one or group coaching sessions, role-plays, and workshops to reinforce learning and ensure the sales team has a consistent approach to selling, aligned with the company's sales strategy and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement; comfortable learning technical concepts quickly; proven track record of executing successful sales training programs.
