Customer Service Advocate

We're looking for talented individuals who can lead our customers and teams to success.
You will be the primary point of contact for current and potential customers, managing their telephone calls and providing accurate information. Your role will involve resolving incidents professionally within provided guidelines and offering new UPS products when requested.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Providing customers with accurate and complete information
- Understanding, establishing, and professionally resolving any incident presented
- Adapting to security guidelines to protect customer data
We offer:
- A competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
- Varying work with opportunities for growth
- Continuous training and development
- Hybrid or remote work options
Requirements:
- Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese
- Computer skills at user level
- Good communication and business skills
- Availability to work from 12pm to 8pm (1 hour lunch)
