About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our Lisbon office team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization that values its employees and provides them with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for leadership team members
  • Oversight of office operations, including reception, shipping, mail, kitchen supplies, and maintenance
  • Act as primary point of contact for maintenance, mail, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and conference calls
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with expense reporting, reimbursement requests, and other financial support tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Proficiency with office management software, including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Zoom
