Our client, a globally recognized leader in biotechnology, is seeking an Associate Training Coordinator to join their dynamic operation in Lisbon. This role involves managing and coordinating various aspects of training activities, contributing to the growth and success of learning programs.

Job Overview

In this position, you will oversee the administrative setup of learning activities and offerings on the internal learning platform, contribute to the design and development of engaging training content, and provide crucial support for local training initiatives.

You will also manage and liaise with training vendors, including handling licenses, online platform tasks, and other administrative needs. Additionally, you will manage communication with training participants and disseminate sub-regional learning initiatives to different countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative setup of learning activities and offerings on the internal learning platform.
  • Contribute to the design and development of engaging training content.
  • Provide crucial support for local training initiatives.
  • Manage and liaise with training vendors.
  • Manage communication with training participants.
  • Disseminate sub-regional learning initiatives to different countries.

Additionally, you will extract and analyze Student Assignment Status (SAS) reports using Excel and other tools for strategic insights. You will also manage supplier data, raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and track budgets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or similar.
  • Proven experience in training and development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful reports from data.
  • Previous experience working in an international environment.
