Job Description

Siemen's S.A. is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across our various business units.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives that align with our business strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective IT solutions to support our business operations and drive process improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our business teams on IT-related matters.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance our IT landscape and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers to ensure effective communication and delivery of IT services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our IT strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with our business objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on business analysis, project management, or technical consulting.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
