Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Prism Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for discovering and analyzing PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system and creating suitable solution approaches. You will also identify and realize improvements within the Workday PRISM, support further Workday Prism country rollouts, data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting, focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team, build Solution Design and Implement Change Requests including IT-Testing and Deployment, define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs), and documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years General knowledge across all Workday modules;
  • 2+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients;
  • Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have);
  • Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup which includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape;
  • Possession to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
  • Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics.
