The successful candidate will possess a strong background in clinical psychology or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior clinical leadership role. You will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and guidance to our team of counsellors, developing and implementing training programmes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive programme improvements and enhancements.
