Triskel Consulting is a consulting firm that offers top-tier services to the online entertainment industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior German Language VIP Client Relations Specialist to join our team.
**Estimated Salary Range:** €45,000 - €60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Job Description:As a Senior German Language VIP Client Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and managing high-value clients within your market. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and provide tailored experiences to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with high-value clients in your market.
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide customized support to VIP clients, including managing deposit and withdrawal requests, resolving payment issues, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and promotions specifically tailored to VIP clients in your region. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, game features, and promotions to effectively communicate this information to VIP clients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. You should also have demonstrated expertise in the iGaming industry, with a strong emphasis on VIP client management. Profound understanding of the German iGaming market and in-depth knowledge of client preferences are essential.
