About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building, working closely with our National Account Manager, Key Account Managers, and other professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Assist the National Account Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.
  2. Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive business growth.
  3. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key account performance, and forecasting future sales based on customer needs and market conditions.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with trade marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful project execution.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our brands and products, becoming an expert point of contact for customers.
  6. Sales Support: Provide support in the sales process, including preparing presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
  • Analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
