About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building, working closely with our National Account Manager, Key Account Managers, and other professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist the National Account Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key account performance, and forecasting future sales based on customer needs and market conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with trade marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful project execution.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our brands and products, becoming an expert point of contact for customers.
- Sales Support: Provide support in the sales process, including preparing presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
- Analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
