Sales Role Overview
As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building. You will work closely with our National Account Manager, Key Account Managers, and other professionals in the field to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to forge a path in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Assist National Account Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the pharmacy channel.
2. Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive both business and category growth.
3. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key account performance, and helping to forecast future sales based on customers needs and market conditions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including trade marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer requirements and successful project execution.
5. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's brands and products, becoming an expert point of contact for customers.
6. Sales Support: Provide support in the sales process, including preparing presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
