Job Summary
Accor Hotels is seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate- Front Office to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a warm and welcoming experience during their stay. This includes checking guests in and out efficiently, providing them with concise information about hotel services and facilities, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated work. Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all guests are checked in and checked out in a timely and efficient manner
Provide guests with clear and concise information about hotel services and facilities
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated work
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Studies or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
