Accommodation Guest Service Role
Our hotel is seeking a motivated Guest Service Representative to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Assist guests with any queries or concerns, escalating issues to the relevant department as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel amenities, promotions, and events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Studies or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
