About the Job

This role is part of our Service Design team, responsible for developing user-centered design solutions to improve our services. As a User Experience Strategist, you will lead research initiatives, develop design strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives to understand user behavior, motivations, and needs.
  • Develop design strategies based on research findings and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate research outcomes and design recommendations.
  • Design and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes of new service solutions, gathering feedback to refine and iterate on designs before implementation.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of and empathy for user needs, and the ability to translate this into actionable design improvements.
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, ethnographic studies, and more.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure) to create wireframes, mockups, and service prototypes for testing and iteration.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions that drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
