Jobbeschrijving
Als klantenservice SMB maak je deel uit van het online verkoopteam, maar richt je je inspanningen op het verkopen van hardware aan kleine, middelgrote en soms grote klanten per e-mail of telefoon (inbound/outbound) in het Nederlands. In deze rol moet je in staat zijn om je aanpak aan te passen om proactief nieuwe zaken af te handelen, maar ook als accountmanager te fungeren en herhaalde zaken te stimuleren door sterke relaties te onderhouden met Microsoft-klanten.
- Beheer inkomende/uitgaande telefoon- en e-mail verzoeken/bestellingen en andere activiteiten van Microsoft SMB-klanten op tijd;
- Beheer verzoeken en bestellingen via chat;
- Mogelijkheid om opties te bieden en kenmerken van producten en diensten te schetsen om een klant te winnen of te behouden;
- Beheer het verkoopproces voor Microsoft SMB-klanten van lead identificatie tot afsluiting;
