German Customer Support Specialist for Action Cameras

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German native or fluent speaker to join our Customer Support team as a German Customer Support Specialist for Action Cameras. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting issues with our action cameras, drones, apps, and video editing software
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
