Randstad Portugal is currently seeking a highly skilled Automotive After-Sales Expert - Digital Transformation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a technical or business-oriented background and experience in the field of after-sales, preferably in the area of warranty or in a comparable field of activity.
Key responsibilities include handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements, steering and implementing automation projects for improving efficiencies and streamlining processes, and shaping solutions and applications for worldwide warranty and service support processes.
The successful candidate will also ensure simple and efficient handling of service processes towards customers, manage master data, user access, and set up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments.
In addition, the Automotive After-Sales Expert - Digital Transformation will act as an interface to customer service/after-sales partners (e.g., body builders, workshops), maintaining input relating to warranty in SAP, assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud, analyze data and develop recommended actions, and act as a contact person for sales organization and business partners.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and basic product knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles.
A strong proficiency in oral and written English is required, as well as independent, structured, and cooperative way of working, with an interest in intercultural collaboration, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with a vibrant team spirit.
