As a remote-based professional working in Poland, you will be responsible for resolving escalated or complex calls from customers while ensuring their peace of mind. This involves providing timely answers, consulting on credit issues, and resolving customer inquiries with compassion.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, including timely payments, correct cash application, account reconciliation, and match-ups.
  • Researching and responding to all customer inquiries regarding credit holds, credit line availability, collection/past due issues, and account reconciliation.
  • Analyzing financial data and credit reports to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, and defining appropriate credit limits.
  • Establishing credit limits and payment terms for customers based on their creditworthiness and payment history.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, back office administration, or collections.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, responsiveness, and results orientation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional work ethic.
  • A quiet workspace in your home free of distractions and reliable high-speed internet connection.
