About the Role- Assist customers with guidance and information on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services through incoming calls or emails.
- Review requests, make informed decisions, and process them accordingly.
- Utilize your analytical skills to assess information and resolve problems.
- Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A strong command of Italian (both written and spoken) and fluency in English (B2 level).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, combined with empathy and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide quick solutions.
- Proactivity, results-driven motivation, self-motivation, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
