Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team at Klass Wagen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to our car rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with finance companies and handling leasing processes
  • Coordinating with car transport companies and managing schedules
  • Managing car delivery processes and registration
  • Following up on legal processes with lawyers and managing insurance policies
  • Recovering money and sending paperwork to the insurance company
  • Monitoring due dates of insurance policies and renewing them as needed
  • Managing leasing contracts and preparing documentation for selling and buying cars
  • Archiving car documents and handling other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Passionate about cars and logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics and administration
