Fleet Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team at Klass Wagen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to our car rental business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with finance companies and handling leasing processes
- Coordinating with car transport companies and managing schedules
- Managing car delivery processes and registration
- Following up on legal processes with lawyers and managing insurance policies
- Recovering money and sending paperwork to the insurance company
- Monitoring due dates of insurance policies and renewing them as needed
- Managing leasing contracts and preparing documentation for selling and buying cars
- Archiving car documents and handling other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Passionate about cars and logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and administration
