The Opportunity

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be assigned responsibilities from day one, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build valuable experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks:

  1. Update clients' motor fleet databases
  2. Ensure the day-to-day relationship with internal clients (telephone and written) relating to contracts
  3. Deliver required documentation, including certificates, statements of entitlement, and leaving service statements
  4. Verify policy holder/policy information

Required Skills

We are looking for highly driven individuals with solid interpersonal skills and a strong sense of rigor.
